Zero side effects and very calming

I love it! I've been using for 17 days, and I've had uninterrupted sleep. I wake up feeling less groggy / not waking on the wrong side of the bed.

I’ve been trying the Calm supplements and so far I can really feel the benefits. They’ve helped me a lot with anxiety and keeping my mood more balanced, and I even notice some improvement in my memory, which I honestly struggle with. I really hope the effects can last in the long run, because my memory really, really isn’t the best!

Passed a bottle to my friend who has been struggling with a debilitating 10-day headache. After 2 nights of taking the pills, bam, the pain was completely gone!

Life saver, period. After starting Calm, I’ve woken up feeling more well-rested, even with interrupted sleep (I have an infant). Also great antidote to revenge bedtime scrolling 😂 because the onset of sleepiness is irresistable (insurmountable?).
