ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA COURIER

Singapore

Standard Delivery

  • Standard shipping charge is SGD 10.
  • We offer free local shipping for orders above SGD 100 !
  • Estimated delivery window is 2-3 business days.

Same-Day Delivery

  • If customers need their order urgently, we provide same-day delivery for SGD 20.  Orders must be placed by 3pm.  Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered by noon the following day.

Worldwide

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and live DHL rates.
  • Estimated delivery window is DHL shipping promise plus 1 business day for fulfilment (for example, at checkout if you see "DHL Express - 2 business days", then expected delivery window is 3 business days).
  • We offer shipping discounts that increase with order value :
    • Orders of SGD 100-199 receive SGD 5 off the shipping charge.
    • Orders of SGD 200-299 receive SGD 10 off the shipping charge.
    • Orders of SGD 300-399 receive SGD 15 off the shipping charge.
    • Orders of SGD 400-499 receive SGD 20 off the shipping charge.
    • Orders over SGD 500 receive SGD 25 off the shipping charge.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR WORLDWIDE DELIVERIES :

  • Some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delays, customs holds or other unforeseen complications outside of our control.
  • You may be liable for additional charges on your order - e.g. import tax, value added tax (VAT) and/or customs clearance fees - according to your country's regulations.  These may need to be paid before delivery or on delivery.  Please familiarise yourself with your local rules for taxes on imports and your local customs practices.
  • In the unlikely event that your order is rejected by your local customs, you will be liable for any return shipping costs.
