Less effective than expected

Friends has recommended the starter kit to me heavily. Sadly for me it was less effective than I I had therefore expected.

It was good, I managed to have good rest after taking it at night, I used to wake up intermittently but after taking it i find myself resting undisturbed throughout perhaps 6-7 hours, which is good
